Data deletion

Only that of people who connected an account or left an email on the waitlist: Facebook and Google access tokens, the page and channel ids those tokens can reach, video content created in the tool, and the email address itself. The tool holds no data about viewers, followers or commenters.

This cuts access immediately, with no need to wait for us.

• Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Video Studio and press Remove.
• Google / YouTube: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Video Studio and press Remove access.

Once revoked, any token we still hold is dead and cannot be used again.

Email agency@yottadigital.ai with the subject Data deletion request, including the address you signed up with or the page or channel involved. We remove the tokens, the page and channel ids, the email address and every record attached to them from our servers within 30 days, and reply to confirm at that same address.

Videos already published on your page or channel are outside this scope — they belong to your account on that platform and must be deleted there.
